Una de las mejores cosas que pueden encontrar para sanar el alma, si, exactamente, música, y si la música suena tan bien como esta nueva grabación del Norris Trío, no sólo tienen suerte, están musicalmente bendecidos, por este interesante proyecto creado por Enrique Norris.
Enrique Norris (corneta, piano, otros instrumentos, voz), Cristián Bórtoli (contrabajo, percusión, voz) y Pablo Díaz (batería, percusión, voz), están ahora, más que en cualquier trabajo previo juntos, claramente bajo el encantamiento de Africa, desde la primer pieza, "Labái", incluyendo cantos Africanos, pero ellos no son sólo tres músicos tratando de copiar música Africana, ellos están profundamente involucrados dentro del espíritu de Africa, y cuando "Labái" despega, y los músicos cruzan sus senderos, hay un sentido en todo sonido, de la batería, el contrabajo, la corneta, el piano, cayendo en el sitio perfecto.

"Gatocactus", más jazz, fresco como sólo Enrique Norris, con la ayuda de sus socios, pueden tocarlo
"Una pintura de Klingsor", una introspectivo y bello punto de vista, en esta composición de Pablo Díaz , con Enrique Norris en corneta, y Cristián Bórtoli trayendo sonidos mágicos utilizando el arco en su contrabajo.
"Labái otra vez", de vuelta al comienzo, y eso es Africa pura.
Sobre todo, una grabación para disfrutar de inicio a fin, y ser escuchada nuevamente, y nuevamente, porque la buena música, en este alto nivel de creación, no es algo que encuentren en cada calle estos días.
