Excelente música por una buena causa, The Brooklyn Jazz Underground estará tocando en un concierto a beneficio para las escuelas públicas en Brooklyn.
La cita, lunes 15, octubre 2007, 20:00 hs., en The Tea Lounge (837 calle Union, entre la 6º y 7º Avenida, Park Slope, Brooklyn).
La música está escrita especialmente para la ocasión por todos los integrantes de The Brooklyn Jazz Underground, y los fondos recaudados serán distribuidos a través de la organización Donorschoose (la donación sugerida es de U$S 10.-).
Una oportunidad para hacer una buena acción, y disfrutar de maravillosa música.

Excellent music for a good cause, The Brooklyn Jazz Underground will be playing in a benefit concert for public schools in Brooklyn.
The date, monday 15, october 2007, 8 pm, at The Tea Lounge (837 Union St., between 6th and 7th Avenue, Park Slope, Brooklyn).
The music it's written specially for the occasion by all The Brooklyn Jazz Underground members, and the funds raised will be distributed through the organisation Donorschoose (suggested donation is $10.-).
A chance to make a good deed, and to enjoy wonderful music.

Este lunes 17, septiembre 2007, 20:00 hs., y después de la música, a las 21:30 hs., "The third man" - "El tercer hombre" - (1949), una película sobre una novela de Graham Greene, dirigida por Carol Reed, con Orson Welles (como el malvado Harry Lime), Joseph Cotten, Alida Valli y Trevor Howard.
Anne Mette Iversen y sus "socios musicales" estarán tocando material nuevo, antes de partir de gira por los Países Escandinavos y Alemania en un par de semanas.

This monday 17, september 2007, 8 pm, and after the music, at 9:30 pm., "The third man" (1949), a film about a Graham Greene's novel, directed by Carol Reed, with Orson Welles (as the evil Harry Lime), Joseph Cotten, Alida Valli and Trevor Howard.
Anne Mette Iversen and her "musical partners" will be playing new material, before they leave for a tour of Scandinavia and Germany in a couple of weeks.
